SURPASS-PEDS: A Clinical Research Study for Children and Teens

We all want the best for our children, especially when it comes to their health. If your child has type 2 diabetes, they may qualify to participate in a clinical research study evaluating a potential treatment for this condition.

Together, we can find answers for children and teens living with type 2 diabetes.

Join the SURPASS-PEDS Study today.

Your child may be able to participate in the SURPASS-PEDS Study if they:

01

Are 10 to 17
years old

02

Have been diagnosed with
type 2 diabetes

03

Are currently being treated with diet, exercise, and metformin or basal insulin, or both medications

The investigational medication (a drug that has not been approved for general use by a country’s drug regulatory agency) being evaluated in this study is an injection delivered under the skin using a small needle.

Participants will receive all study-related care at no cost.

*An investigational medication is a drug that has not been approved for general use by a country’s drug regulatory agency.
